Do you take insurance?

I accept most major insurances, including Horizon BCBS, Aetna, United, Cigna and Quest.

I also accept clients claiming on their OON benefits. My fee is $150 per 55-minute session. I will be able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company, if needed. A superbill is a receipt of services which you can submit to your insurance company for potential financial reimbursement.

Are you in-person or virtual?

Both! I have an office in Marlboro, NJ as well as providing virtual services. For virtual clients, I use a HIPAA compliant video platform to ensure your privacy and the security of your health record information.

What therapeutic modalities do you use?

I work with pregnant and postpartum clients using a blend of CBT, client-centered, and strength-based approaches. My focus is on creating tangible solutions while offering a supportive space to explore the emotional and relational changes that come with this life stage. I take into account each client’s attachment patterns, birth experience, and family system to provide care that is both practical and deeply personalized. My goal is to help clients feel grounded, empowered, and confident in their journey through pregnancy and early parenthood.
